1. Our History
Installers on the Go Pty Ltd started operating in January 2017 with a dual mission: firstly to provide a high quality and cost effective installation service to Developers, Builders and Mums & Dads and secondly to cater for the shortage of qualified Installers in the Fencing and Construction industries. We provide Installers to companies with an urgent need due to absenteeism, holidays and peak periods.
As an experienced Installer, working for different companies installing boundary fences, gates and balustrades, Michael recognized the need for a company to care more about the installers who were doing the job, sometimes in difficult weather conditions, than about the search for greater returns. Michael felt that Installers were not being given a fair share of the market in return for a hard days work and he saw that this situation was resulting in frustration for the Installer and often a reduction in quality of the performance of the job.
As a result of this observation, Michael made it his mission to look after his Installers. One of the key point of differences of Installers on the Go is that they guarantee the best rate for their Installers. By grouping qualified Installers under one roof Michael can ensure the best rate for them. The company is structured so that each Installer keeps the freedom to be their own boss but benefits from a sustained and on going source of excellent leads and by having the satisfaction that they are being rewarded for what they are worth.

2. Our Process
Using state of the art technology we are able to provide accurate and excellent written QUOTATIONS within very short timeframes.
Upon acceptance of our Quotes we request a PLAN of the proposed works – or we are able to prepare something if required.
A clear BRIEF is confirmed with our Client and every aspect of the Project is discussed.
We carry out a SITE INSPECTION to identify any potential hazards or issues that may affect work flow or safety.
An ON THE GO INSTALLER is notified of the job and given site specific details, plans and specifications.
A SECOND SITE VISIT is undertaken during Installation to confirm that the job is being carried out to the high standards that we demand and all according to the plans and specifications. Any discrepancies are immediately rectified.
Upon completion, a FINAL INSPECTION is made and the quality and workmanship is documented via site photos and notes.
A signed QUALITY ASSURANCE FORM certifying the quality of the job is sent to the customer with photos attached.
Any ISSUES are rectified immediately before any further job is allocated to the Installer.
3. Our Standards
Our Installers all adhere to our STRICT POLICIES of professional conduct and workmanship.
Our Installers are all thoroughly VETTED. Their previous work is inspected and we have contacted their previous Clients / Employers for feedback and referral.
Our Installers all have liability insurance, white cards and are aware that all jobs are to be carried out within strict safety criteria and to AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS.
Our Installers are held fully ACCOUNTABLE for their actions and works.
Our Installers are all instructed to ensure a thorough SITE CLEAN UP with all rubbish and debris removed prior to leaving your site.
